Mediation of the dispute

Legal mediation is considered one of the most important alternative means to end disputes between litigants, preserve their rights, and reduce risks to them. Dr. Abdullah worked on this during his work in the judiciary as a judge, then he worked on legal mediation through mediation between his clients and their opponents, and between disputing partners, heirs, and investors. Dr. Abdullah obtained the foundation course and the advanced course in mediation and reconciliation provided by the Ministry of Justice. Dr. Abdullah is also a member of the International Academy of Mediation and Arbitration.

Dr. Abdullah and his team can provide the following services:

1- Direct mediation between the disputing parties.

2- Providing advisory services to brokers and supervising their work.

3- Training on judicial mediation, legal mediation and the new rules of the Reconciliation Center of the Ministry of Justice.
